Bread
Germany, Austria and Swiss are the countries in the world with a wide variety of different bread. To make the bread more durable we use a little bit of sourdough and therefore the bread will stay fresh and humid for a longer term.
We cannot offer lots of German varieties of bread but with the available sources in the Philippines we try to give you an idea of the high skill of making bread specially in this three countries.
